Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of automation initiatives, from ideation to delivery.
- Utilize expertise in low-code platforms like Appian, Celonis, and Tableau to design and implement tailored solutions.
- Identify inefficiencies, propose innovative solutions, and ensure seamless integration into existing systems.
- Combine deep practical knowledge with strong analytical skills to optimize business processes and drive measurable outcomes.
- Manage both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Has considerable business impact through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes and industry standards.
- Provides expertise in area and an advanced level of understanding of the principles of IT project leadership.
- Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others (i.e., architecture or infrastructure) collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives.
- Develops detailed IT work plans, schedules; project estimates, resource plans and status reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Product/Program Manager, Digital Transformation or similar role.
- Experience with low-code platforms like Appian, Celonis, and Tableau.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience working in a banking or regulatory environment required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
- Proven ability to manage large and diverse teams.
- 15+ years' experience in a related technology role and subject matter expert in overall field
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree
