We offer joint operations and digitalization services for Global Business Services and work closely alongside the entire Shared Services organization. We make optimal use of the possibilities of new technologies such as Business Process Management (BPM) and Robotics as enablers for efficient and effective implementations.

We are looking for IT Partner Manager

• Design, develop and maintain the IT strategic road map for Mobility Business and ensuring that IT capabilities continually support the overall business’s goals.

• Ensure that a Digital Strategy exists for business priorities, potential risks, and capacity planning.
• Ensure IT Architecture is defined in line with Siemens GBS IT Enterprise Architecture
• Enable factories with high availability Digital solutions based on SAP/ERP.
• Ensure Cybersecure eco system.
• Ensure compliance with Corporate, regulatory and IT policies.
• Interface with business to advise and provide technology related solutions and thought leadership.

• Ensure a best-in-class IT Solutions and User Support to provide high level of employee experience within internal corporate functions.
• Create selection criteria for vendor products, tools and services related to information security, Work closely them to minimize business disruption and ensure the efficient delivery of services.
• Create the IT budget, monitor performance against the budget, ensure budget compliance and Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for IT spending and initiatives across corporate functions.
• Authorize / oversee the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, and support of all hardware and software based on the needs of Siemens India.
• Take lead to review, amend IT policies, processes, standards, and methodologies and monitor IT operations to implement new tools and services as appropriate.
• Ensure that Cloud based, and SaaS services are monitored, supported to agreed SLAs so that business operations can rely on a high degree of service availability

• Track team goals and performance to ensure targets are met

• Provide exceptional, inspirational leadership and support to the partner teams

• Lead to ensure a safe, secure, and discrimination-free work environment; develops personal growth opportunities and ensure future skillset and resource requirements are proactively addressed.

• Implementing Siemens GBS IT change management strategies that will drive faster adoption and higher utilization to accelerate benefit realization, return on investment (ROI) and the achievement of results

• Ensure compliance with ITSec regulations, process (SOP), governance and audit requirements
• Track projects, status, dashboards and proactively communicate with business and project team members and build meaningful metrics for business sponsors that demonstrate the impact of change efforts.

• Develop trusted relationships with key partners within the organization.
• Keep up to date of IT incidents and act as single point of contact during Major incidents.
• Active engage and support business in assessing and mitigating the risk.
• Provide leadership, direction, and guidance in assessing and evaluating information security risks and monitor compliance with security standards and appropriate policies.

Prepare Annual Operations Plan (AOP) for the business along with the IT procurement plan for both hardware and software.

You’d describe yourself as:

15+ years IT experience with 4 to 6 years in Business processing, Digital Transformation, IT Leadership + information technology desired + Experience managing and/or directing IT Solutions and Operations.

• Experience in data analytics and reporting is desired.
• Experience in RPA and AI/ML
• Experience in SAP
• Proven experience in IT strategic planning and development, project management, IT budgeting and policy development.
• Strong practical knowledge of private and public cloud computing standards
• Strong technical and Project Management skills and leadership qualities
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills with ability to articulate strategy and ideas to senior stakeholders in business language.
• Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
• Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail.

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, dynamic environment and manage multiple streams of projects and deliverables with a need for adjustments and rapid iteration
