Responsibilities:

Business-IT Coordination:


  • Act as the primary liaison between the business and IT departments.
  • Ensure effective communication of demand requirements and oversee their timely fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with business units to understand their needs and translate them into IT solutions.

Stakeholder Communication:


  • Serve as the key point of contact for communication with regional stakeholders regarding IT KPIs, ongoing projects, and incident management.
  • Regularly update stakeholders on the status of IT initiatives and address any concerns promptly.

Escalation Management:


  • Manage and resolve escalations related to IT services, ensuring swift action to minimize impact on business operations.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to address and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Global Team Coordination:


  • Work closely with the global IT team to align project requirements and the responsibilities of the Business Partner role.
  • Ensure global IT initiatives are effectively implemented within the region.

Project Management:


  • Lead key IT projects, including requirement gathering, stakeholder identification, project assignment, and delivery oversight.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and manage escalations as needed.

IT KPI Management:


  • Conduct quarterly discussions on IT KPIs within the region.
  • Analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

IT Service Agreement Management:


  • Oversee the management of IT service agreements, ensuring they align with business needs and are adhered to by all parties.
  • Negotiate and renew service agreements as required, maintaining a strong relationship with service providers.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent with 10 to 15 years of IT and business/industry work experience.
