Role : IT Business Analyst- PPDS
Experience: 5+ years

Notice Period: Immediate to 60 days
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and implementation of Supply Chain Planning solutions in SAP
- May lead multiple project activities simultaneously, working with internal and external cross-functional groups.
- In depth knowledge in PP/DS Heuristics and optimizer.
- Extensively worked upon Detailed Scheduling board and its interactive functionalities both on on-premise and FIORI.
- Capable of understanding the actual constrained-based planning scenario and adopting the same using SAP PPDS.
- Crystal clear understanding of CIF, its integration and master requirement of PPDS.
- Hands on experience with alternative resource determination, Setup Matrix - using SAP PPDS .
- Well equipped with identifying the optimal lot sizes for in-house production or external procurement and changing the planning situation (why-why analysis) via interactive planning using PPDS.
- Should have worked on industry-specific solutions provided by SAP such as block planning, campaign Planning, resource networks. Etc
- Integration experience with IBP or third-party Demand Planning software tools like Kinaxis Rapid Response is desirable

- Work closely and collaborate with onshore and offshore scrum team members to ensure a prioritized and sufficient product backlog for the teams to work against
- Actively engage and educate business process owners on solution optimization, simplification and standardization capabilities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong SAP configuration and implementation skills; 3-5 Years APO & S4 Hana PPDS experience
- Good understanding of Supply Chain Planning and associated SAP/Industry Best Practices
- Knowledge and experience of the cross- functional master and transactional data supporting demand and supply planning processes
- Knowledge of and experience with interface technologies, best practices, data mapping and detailed functional design
- Experience with integrated advanced planning technology and business processes (Rapid response preferred).
- Understanding the integration between various SAP modules including MM, QM, SD, WM, PP, FI
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies
- Experience writing and executing test documentation
- Experience demoing functionality and providing training and user support
- Knowledge of and experience with agile methodologies along with experience in Jira a plus
- Ability to identify and implement process improvement opportunities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter with strong, proactive work ethic
- Exceptional organizational & time management skills
- Experience with Medical Device or Life Sciences beneficial
