Business Systems Analyst you will

• Perform Identification, analysis and documentation of system and business requirements.
• Analyze and communicate stakeholder needs by translating business requirements into software specifications.
• Perform business/systems analysis and create documentation that ensures that our development solutions are successfully implemented.
• Develop specifications, diagrams and flowcharts for developers to follow
• Conduct workflow analyses, assessing impact of systems functionality on systems and operations and make recommendations on integration and process improvements.
• Use modeling, testing and data models to improve the flow of information through an organization to enhance project success.
• Perform project management tasks
  • Create and update project plans
  • Maintain status reports

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Business Management or a related technical field
• 10+ years experience as an analyst on IT projects
• 5+ Years of BFSI domain knowledge
• Demonstrated experience in data analysis with Excel, SQL
