IBS is a group of highly talented and motivated individuals who strive for providing core banking product for Community banks in USA. Team at Bangalore and Gurugram location is focused working on IBS systems.
What you will be doing
This position is for IT Architect Senior for IBS Implementations team. You would be required to work with business stake holders, technical / product engineering teams, and senior management. You would be working in highly quality & client focused environment.
- Examining and defining current architecture systems.
- Designing scalable, high-performance architecture. Identify design flaws and system bottlenecks.
- Assisting the development team to review their design, code and give solutions to technically complex problems.
- Work on technical design specifications as per FIS guidelines.
- Guide and mentor junior team members.
- Produce clean, efficient code when required based on specifications.
- Integrate software components and third-party programs.
- Verify and deploy programs and systems.
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software.
- Recommend and execute performance and design improvements.
- Create technical documentation as required.
What you bring:
- 15+ years of experience primarily in the Banking and implementations specific to regional banks on the hosted platforms.
- 7+ years of experience as an architect in architecting and implementing complex software solutions within the banking sector.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define architectural requirements and ensure solutions align with business objectives and industry standards.
- Hands on experience on Java/J2EE technologies, API and UI framework on the modern stack like Angular.
- Design and Solutioning experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with a minimum of 5 years of practical experience in tools like UiPath and Python.
- Very strong banking domain knowledge.
- IBS SAS Expertise: Extensive proficiency in IBS SAS products, with over 10 years of hands-on experience. Proven track record in authoring and configuring IBS SAS products, particularly in ACT, DO and SRM. Also, an in-depth understanding of Sales Management product integration.
- IBS SAS Expertise is a requirement for this role.
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts and applications specifically in the Banking space.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Agile methodologies, with over 5 years of practical experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong in OOPS concepts, DBMS Concepts, Design / Architecture abilities and troubleshooting skills.
- Good understanding of how to design scalable, high-performance systems.
- Good understanding of secure design guidelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to contribute to multiple projects.
- Proactive, result driven approach and be able to work with business side stakeholders.
- Positive outlook, strong work ethic, and responsive to internal and external clients and contacts.
- Knowledge on Mainframe systems is an add on.
