We are currently seeking an IT Analyst who will be responsible for providing support to our global associates and for our internal IT automation activities.

What we’ll get you doing:

• Providing first line IT support to our global end users, following standard work, speaking with senior team members and using troubleshooting skills to resolve issues
• Providing hands on IT support at our site in Hyderabad, while also working with the global infrastructure team to maintain local infrastructure
• Supporting the internal IT teams automation initiatives, and working with senior team members to develop new solutions to increase efficiency and consistency

The essential requirements of the role include:

• Degree in Computer Science (or similar)
• 1+ years in providing IT support for end users, both remotely and onsite
• English language skills to be able communicate clearly with global team

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Scripting languages (such as PowerShell and Python)
• Microsoft Power Automate

• Other RPA tools (such as UiPath)
