Job Description
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support for applications built using Angular, React, and D3 as well as other open source technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to APIs and backend services.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand and resolve technical issues
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of software applications.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications and apply permanent fixes to the critical and recurring issues
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Perform design reviews with the respective development for critical applications and provide inputs
- Document support processes and solutions for future reference.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Up to 10 years of experience in software development and support.
- Strong proficiency in Angular, React, and D3, Proficient in Python for backend support
- Familiarity in Hadoop Ecosystem as well as Databricks
- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript as well as Azure, AWS
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Best practices in hosting the applications in platforms like OCP (onprem and cloud) etc
- Experience with open-source projects and contributions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines

- Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
