EXPECTED END RESULTS

MAJOR ACTIVITIES

Transformation & Strategy to Business

• Hand-hold support business verticals during transformation journey
• Propose strategy for Business development & support in making case-studies
• Productivity management, Performance monitoring and propose tools & process
• Benchmark external companies and bring new ways of improvement.

Vendor Management

• Coordinate and collaborate with all stake holders to ensure smooth operations on vendor management achieving all defined SLA’s
• Analyse and synthesis statistical data and provide inputs for improvement in strategic performance

On time Renault/ Nissan budget preparation

• Build budget based on the confirmed WL
• Review the budget with all stakeholders and get it approved by MD

Budget Monitoring and control

• Define and put in place process to monitor and control budget parameters (HC, Travel..etc)
• Alert management on potential risk and any deviation from plan

KPI Management

• Collect and review KPI progress status.
• Alert management on potential risk of non-achievement of KPI

HC/ Resource Management

• Monitor the HC with respect to budget and alert management for any risk

Activity report and invoicing support for Renault and Nissan Corporate

• Monitor the process of activity declaration for Renault and Nissan projects
• Propose strategic improvements
• Ensure timely submission of activity report and invoices

Business Continuity Management

• Analyse Business Impact for various levels and types of potential disruption
• Establish business continuity plan
• Monitor, track and assure business continuity of the organisation by conducting audits and drills

Process Governance

• Establish processes for business deliverables in line with ISO standard requirements
• Ensure the adherence of the established processes through regular audits and governance

• Must be strong in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel – Office 365.
• Excellent in synthesis making & presentation skills.
• Should possess fluent English speaking and written skills, effective communication
• Strong Personality, risk taking, able to manage work pressure and influencing leadership skills for Cross functional management.
• Logical and reasoning skills, Time management skills.
• “Can do“ attitude with pleasing personality
• Customer Oriented, Accountable, Forward thinking.

Desirable:

15-18 years’ work experience as Engineering and Business professional on ISIT
