We are seeking an experienced iScala Technical Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have thorough knowledge of iScala ERP systems and proven experience in providing high-quality technical support to clients. The technical support specialist will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues, supporting system upgrades, and ensuring optimal performance of the iScala platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for iScala ERP system users, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues.
Assist in the implementation and configuration of iScala software solutions for clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system-related problems and improve user experience.
Conduct training sessions for end users to enhance their understanding of iScala features and functionalities.
Document and maintain records of support requests and resolutions for continuous improvement.
Stay updated with the latest iScala releases and features to provide informed support.
Participate in system upgrades and testing to ensure functionality and performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
6-8 years of hands-on experience in iScala technical support or a similar role.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with database management and SQL is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
