Could you be the full-time ISC Industrialization Engineering Lead in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive process and manufacturing engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, supportive, and solution-oriented teammates.
You'll play a crucial role in managing the Industrial Services Center's activities, supporting the service regions with maintenance and ALM tenders and projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Services Operations Product Line, ISR team, and various regional projects and tenders), compile REx, and provide technical and economic references for depot building, equipment, and infrastructures, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of developing and adapting processes and tools to ensure deliverable quality, cost, and delivery, but also provide tender and project support on depot-related matters.
We’ll look to you for:
Monitoring activities and performance of ISC through KPIs
Collaborating with central organizations on process, tool, and method deployment
Capitalizing on REx from worldwide depot projects and operations
Conducting business cases and trade-off analysis for RefSol/RefLib
Providing depot costing support during tenders
Ensuring strong stakeholder management and real-time customer support

Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial)
Experience or understanding of process & manufacturing engineering in an industrial environment
Knowledge of construction management and infrastructure engineering

A certification in project management or related field is a plus
Excellent communication, report writing, and organizational skills
Ability to commit and deliver with a team spirit
