Could you be the full-time Demand Management Engineer in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering and project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, supportive, and innovative teammates.
You'll contribute to the optimization of our services by enhancing our Demand Management Program. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Supply Chain, Industrial, Procurement, Quality, Project Management, Engineering), monitor progress indicators, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of the Demand Management Dashboard, but also engage in stakeholder management with various departments.
We’ll look to you for:
Supporting the follow-up of progress indicators and deployment in various regions
Identifying potential delays and supporting problem-solving initiatives
Improving the Demand Management process through feedback and training
Participating in coordination meetings and maintaining action trackers
Updating internal procedures and ensuring coherent communication
Maintaining healthy stakeholder relationships and a supportive approach

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
Experience or understanding of Services, Industrial, and/or Supply Chain management
Knowledge of project management principles
Familiarity with tools such as APSYS, DFQ, Qlik Sense, SAP, and Microsoft applications
A certification in project management or related field is an asset
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical skills and process orientation
