Job Description


As an ISC Analytics and Reporting Team manager, you will lead a global team and will report to the ISC Analytics and Reporting team Sr Manager. You will collaborate with IT and functional stakeholders to develop and maintain power platform solutions, data science solutions, workload planning for the team and provide guidance for employees on development needs. We are looking for someone that has a passion for data and can provide solutions that create value for our stakeholders.  This position will provide thought leadership and solve complex problems through information design and advanced data analytics.


Position Main Responsibilities


People Management & Development: Responsible for career and performance management of assigned personnel, this includes performance assessment, competency assessment and training & development.


  • Hire and retain talent to continue to build a high-performance organization where people can and want to do their best work in alignment with Rockwell’s strategic framework objectives.
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management at multiple levels of the organization, capable to effectively communicate functional leadership (VP/Dir Levels) requirements into actionable information for your team members.
  • Help others get the most out of data management systems by providing support and advice on best practices for solution of business objectives.
  • Thought leadership in the data design agility required to support future use cases and future points of data consumption.

Data Analytics: This role will require development of data automation and analytics in addition to people manager, a passion for innovation and data analytics is necessary.


Basic Qualification


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Flexibility on shift timing to overlap with global teams.

Minimum Requirements


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with MS Azure or similar data infrastructure, exceptional understanding of SQL and database building and maintenance.
  • 5+ years demonstrated experience with Power BI (or equivalent)
  • Expert knowledge of data tools and assets.
  • Knowledge of PowerApps, Power Automate, Databricks, Python or R.

Preferred Qualification


  • Ability to adapt quickly to modern technologies and changing business requirements.
  • Solid critical thinking skills and ability to have diligence in detail.
  • Ability to influence functional and IT stakeholders independently.
  • Experience building end-to-end data solutions/models with focus on integration.
  • Direct firsthand experience designing and developing data solutions.

Rockwell Automation’s hybrid policy aligns that employees are expected to work at a Rockwell location at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays unless they have a business obligation out of the office.
