PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Manage day-to-day our strategic IS&T contract activity per standard policy and procedures, handling routine or standard form contract agreements and related documentation in accordance with established contract policies and procedures. Get value out of the contracts, create obligation tracker per contract and report on compliance.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
Manage and record Contract documentation and develop ‘best in class’ performance:
- Record and maintain contracts in central repository. Document governance structure and face-off model,
- Analyze contracts terms and conditions and create obligations tracker. Prepare and partly conduct contract educations sessions,
- Organize contract performance reviews and track obligations fulfillment in central repository. Coordinate/document corrective actions. Coordinate commercial audits,
- Track invoices and payments. Coordinate disputes.
Develop contractual framework and supplier relationship
- Negotiate contract changes, renewals, claims or terminations in collaboration with Procurement department. Track related actions,
- Provide proactive advice on specific issues, risks, contractual/claims activities, considering the contract and business objectives,
- Anticipate events and risks associated with the contract management activities; propose alternative proactive solutions to keep the situation under control,
- Perform Contract Management reporting.
Educational Requirements
Mandatory:
- Master’s degree in business administration, management, finance, computer science, legal
Experience
Mandatory:
- Minimum of 5 years of Contract / Claim Management experience,
- Operate in a truly multicultural management role, successfully leading large projects within an international/cross cultural environment,
- Able to relate to and communicate with personnel at all organizational levels, including C-Level,
- Used to a working environment in which exposure to the best industry standards and practices is commonplace, including maintaining the highest ethical standards,
- Possess an in-depth experience of IT and procurement processes, contract management and business case analysis.
