We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Consultant Specialist
In this role, you will:
- Provide strategic direction for mobile development, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Lead the design and architecture of scalable, high-performance mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance mobile capabilities.
- Manage and mentor a team of mobile developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Oversee the development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Conduct performance reviews and support professional development for team members.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of mobile applications, managing project timelines, resources, and risks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that arise during development and deployment.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and business analysts, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Communicate technical concepts and project updates effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Contribute to the development of the company's mobile strategy and vision.
