You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in “Investments". You have found the right teamAs an Investment Specialist within our International Equities Group, you will be responsible for defining, refining, and achieving the firm's set goals. Your role will involve close collaboration with the Investment Specialist team to prepare portfolio review materials for clients and investors. You will gain a deep understanding of the investment processes associated with various US Equities portfolios and will be expected to coordinate with multiple groups within JPMAM.Job Responsibilities Update, maintain and improve client materials including pitchbooks and review material Respond to adhoc requests from stakeholders, with an initial focus on data-led queries Complete updates to the consultant databases working closely with the dedicated team Complete requests for proposal (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs) and due diligence questionnaires, with an initial focus on data-led components Attend PM meetings and take notes for IS team use, while activity supports developing written skills and deepening knowledge to leverage in client work in future Liaise with JPMAM client service and reporting teams, and the technology team to streamline/automate/verify client data and reporting (standard/customized/ad hoc) Monitor industry databases and publications for relevant environment, competitive and marketing informationRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills At least 2 years experience with financial product analysis, marketing or client services Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Willingness to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong numerical, analytical and problem solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Word and skilled in PowerPoint Skilled in Microsoft Excel (VBA knowledge not required) Ability to prioritize a variety of responsibilities and ad-hoc requests in a moderate to fast-paced environment; ability to learn and execute new tasks quickly and in real-time JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
