We make real what matters. This is your role
•Handling Loading, Unloading, Stuffing, preparing dispatch instructions, lashing and storage of equipments. Taking care of all import shipments pertains to Test Lab facility. Preparation of Export Invoice and PL, arranging GR waiver for the export shipments.
•Manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels.
•Preparing and submission of Client Invoicing and packing list with all necessary documentation.
•Involvement in factory related topics including EHS along with the Factory Manager.
•Removal of scrap from factory periodically.
•Monitor and track daily progress and work completed, comparing plan Vs actual.
•Reports on inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency and issues to management.
•Monitor the warehouse activities and ensure that quality assurance standards are always maintained

•Graduate
•5+ years of experience in handling commercial activities as defined above.
•Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
•Good English language skills (orally and verbally).
•High ability to work in a multi-national and multi-cultural team.
•High commitment and willingness to perform.
