The Opportunity:
You will be responsible for driving the overall destination enrolments for Australia and application pipeline management. You will work closely with regional teams to plan, execute and track the GTM strategy for our Australia portfolio.


What you’ll be doing every day:


  • Drive destination enrollments by enabling the sales team and recruitment partners to grow enrolments into our Australia portfolio of institutions


  • Manage assigned set of recruitment partners in the region and drive various stages of the application pipeline


  • Meet with recruitment partners daily and train them and their counselors on the Australia process, top schools, programs and requirements 


  • Conduct regional webinars and seminars on a regular basis


  • Attendance at Recruitment Partner Exhibitions and industry conferences to promote the destination. 


  • Assist regional sales team, regional leadership and its team members with the coordination and execution of approved destination GTM strategy. 


  • Implement and track monthly promotional strategies to achieve destination-specific sales targets. 


  • Enable the team to address recruitment partner inquiries and concerns in a timely manner. 


  • Provide timely market feedback so that the destination head can timely coordinate with partner relations managers and partner client managers to ensure smooth flow through the entire application pipeline. 


  • Stay up to date with region-specific industry trends and align ApplyBoard with competitor information. 


What you bring to the table:


  • Possess a postgraduate degree in any field (preferably an MBA) with a proven track record of minimum 2 years in International Student Recruitment into Australia


  • A proactive, growth mindset with a focus on achieving outcomes


  • A demonstrated ability to use data to solve problems and make decisions


  • Be a destination subject matter expert
