The Opportunity
Adobe is looking for an International Production Lead to drive the web production of theadobe.comweb sites in 60+ geographies and 30+ languages. Candidates must have experience in daily content production of a large website; strong web technology skills, and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects concurrently. You will be encouraged to work with peer Global Web Producers, as well as regional Marketing content partners to contribute to the success ofadobe.com. In addition to English, proficiency or good knowledge of other European languages is a distinct advantage!



What you will do:


  • Work with global cross-functional groups across time zones to implement new features and updates acrossadobe.comweb sites and drive the priorities for the assigned product segment
  • Actively participate in sprint planning and other squad meetings, and establish content and publishing plans
  • Closely work with US Production Lead in Jira story assignments and tracking, and coordinate the US publishing work during the IST hours
  • Collaborate with regional partners, in-country resources, etc. and ensure that regional perspectives are taken into consideration while authoring the content
  • Own the end-to-end life cycle of International workflow
  • Coordinate the localization delivery process
  • Collaborate with the Content QA team to drive QA priorities (US & Intl)
  • Coordinate with the Engineering team to automate the production work
  • Participates in the capacity planning exercise to ensure effective capacity utilization across BUs


Requirements:
B.E./B. Tech/ MCA Degree, or equivalent work experience
Around five years of online content production experience, including web publishing and version control
Should have the experience of leading multiple concurrent projects
Good experience and knowledge of Web Technologies (HTML, XHTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript etc.)
Self-starter who takes initiative and is able to work independently
Ability to quickly comprehend dynamic enterprise workflows and process
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a geographically distributed team
Good understanding of Adobe Experience Manager or any other Web Content Management System
Knowledge of Adobe products and services would be an added advantage
Previous experience in web development would be a plus
Proficiency in a foreign language is an advantage
