International Admissions Officer - New Delhi, India


About the role


The International Admissions Officer role is responsible for providing support to recruit new international students to the Australian College of Applied Professions (ACAP) and SAE Creative Media Institute. This includes assistance to both the domestic and international teams to enable them to engage prospective students and convert them to enrolments by supporting; CRM records; student documents; reporting requirements and enrolment processes.


Key Responsibilities


  • Assist in the maintenance of student records and reporting in the CRM and Student Information System (Salesforce and Navigate)
  • Completing the end-to-end enrolment process including the entering of full student records in Navigate, generation of Confirmation of Enrolments and reporting
  • Addressing new international student applications, advising stakeholders and processing their documentation
  • Assist with online communications with prospective students and parents as additional support to the sales team when required.
  • Being an advocate of the ACAP and SAE sales and recruitment teams, establishing and maintaining productive relationships with other departments (academic and service divisions across Australia)

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience


  • 2-3 years’ experience in working in domestic and international admissions environment including the assessment of international applications for admissions.
  • Customer-focused and able to deliver to a high level of service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail with respect to data entry and adherence with company processes and guidelines.
  • Proven ability to provide effective analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-driven attitude.
  • Strong personal drive and self-motivation.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels within the organization. 
  • Excellent administrative, time-management, and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, systems, and databases.
