Job Title: Intern – Trading -Back Office


Duration:Minimum 6 Months


Educational Background:Commerce


Key Responsibilities:


  1. KYC Management:
    • Handle Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures for both domestic and international clients.
  2. MIS Preparation:
    • Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports as required.
  3. Bank Inward & Outward Advice:
    • Update and forward bank inward and outward advice to the concerned departments.
  4. Form 15 CA Preparation:
    • Assist in the preparation of Form 15 CA for relevant transactions.
  5. Vendor Payment Process Assistance:
    • Provide support in the vendor payment process, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  6. General Administrative Work:
    • Perform various general administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

Skills Required:


  • Good Communication Skills:Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel:Strong skills in MS Excel for data management and report generation.
