As Eli Lilly strives to achieve its purpose of making life better for patients, we are advancing our in-house Digital Engagement Team (DE3), to enhance our customer interactions, improve compliance and modularize our content while replicating best practices and learnings around the globe. As a result, Lilly has invested in a center of excellence dedicated to improving and advancing core capabilities around website creation and integration. The Enterprise Website team works closely with the US and IBU affiliate brand teams to propose, define, develop, deploy, monitor performance (against global procedures, SOP, and compliance) and website maintenance.


We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated interns to join our DE3 team at LCCI for a 2-month internship. This is an excellent opportunity to gain direct experience in website account management, search capabilities, and social media community management.


Key Objectives/Deliverables:


  • EWI Website Account Management: Assist in managing and updating website accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Collaborate with the IT and marketing teams to enhance website functionality and user experience.
  • Global Search Capabilities: Support the implementation and optimization of search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO) strategies. Analyze search data to improve website visibility and performance.
  • Social Media Community Management: Work with the Social Care team to monitor incoming comments and engage with consumers and HCPs who connect with Lilly through our social media channels. Monitor social media trends and provide insights to improve our social media presence.

Basic Requirements


  • Proficient in presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with fluency in English (both verbal and written).
  • Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Competent with standard IT tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite.

Education Requirements


  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • While a PMP® or equivalent project management certification is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
