Job Description

The Cash and Trade Proc Analyst 2 is an intermediate level role responsible for managing technology projects throughout the entire system development lifecycle in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to research and implement sustainable technology solutions, increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Responsibilities:


  • Identify Regulatory and Citi Policy changes and preform an impact analysis
  • Identify gaps in the current process and put in place controls to identify and prevent issues from occuring
  • Research current treasury and client operational trends and suggest solutions to increase STP and reduce manual action
  • Work in partnership with vendors, technology, and client operations teams to prototype innovative solutions
  • Ensure requirements are clearly stated and that business and client needs are met throughout development
  • Support Audits both internal and external
  • Support reporting both internal and regualtory
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


Qualifications:


  • 2 or more years of experience in a related role
  • Proficient understanding of regulatory banking norms
  • Effective verbal and written skills
  • Effective analytic and presentation skills


Education:


  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
