IntelliMatch Application Support - 24/7 Rotational Shifts

About the team: 


This is for FIS IntelliMatch IT Operations team. This team provide application  technical support to our IntelliMatch managed services platform. Works on multiple applications upgrades. Involves in coordination with multiple internal teams.


What you will be doing: 


  • Day-to-day operations support of FIS’s IntelliMatch applications environment. Expertise in application enhancement requests like setup of import formats, match rules 
  • Expertise in new reconciliation service onboarding activities and good hands on experience on application upgrades . Resolve tickets and service requests, work on scheduled tasks such as change requests and DR tests, contribute in project tasks 
  • Follow-up to ensure the client’s request is serviced in an appropriate and timely manner. Work with other technical teams within FIS e.g. vendors, data center operations, Network, etc. for resolution of issues
  • Establish and use tools to manage and address environment issues in a pro-active and timely manner. Following the prescribed guidelines and procedures, move code to Production/UAT/QA and Production environments as instructed by Development-QA Group 
  • Assist in Severity Incident calls by assisting Enterprise Incident Management (EIM) process and responsible for delivering RCA. 

What you bring: 


  • At least 5 to 10 years of  experience in IntelliMatch application support.
  • Hands on experience in Production Support ,Hands on experience in Microsoft Azure. 
  • Proven expertise in managing, troubleshooting and supporting windows-based application on the public cloud.
  • Competency in supporting and troubleshooting end to end production environment by collaborating with datacenter operations, system/network/database support teams
  • Knowledge and understanding of financial operational and business processes.   
  • Willing to work in 24/7 Rotational Shifts

Added bonus if you have:


  • Good in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
    Experience in IT Operations role supporting clients on financial applications 
  • Knowledge of FIS’ products and services
  • Knowledge of financial services industry
