The Accounting Operations (AO) team is looking for a highly motivated individual who will join the team as Group Accounting Manager , this individual plays a pivotal role in leading and managing accounting and financial processes within the organization. This position requires an individual with extensive experience in accounting knowledge , a strong understanding of statutory regulations, and proven managerial skills. The Senior Accounting Manager will lead a team to oversee complex financial statement preparation, ensure regulatory compliance, manage vendor governance and process-improvement efforts,
The Accounting Operations team collaborates across Finance and other stakeholders to manage the record-to-report function for many of Microsoft's core business groups, ensuring timely and compliant close and financial reporting. We also develop automated solutions with built-in compliance and security by design, leading in AI implementation.
