Job Description

You will be part of our Integrated Logistics team, adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of customer + operational excellence.


Your Role Your primary objective is to conduct structural supply chain mapping and end-to-end value stream mapping for the customer's business. Your Responsibilities

You will be working with internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key tasks:


  • Facilitating idea generation sessions, conducting internal and external brainstorming sessions (such as workshops with customers), to continually develop projects in the pre-pipeline stage.
  • Identifying a portfolio of savings projects for a multi-year horizon, categorizing them into quick wins or complex endeavors for realization, considering their potential size, and simulating feasible timelines for implementation.
  • Performing loss analysis, pinpointing strategic areas for savings (cost or cash), and crafting business cases for each scenario.
  • Developing various scenarios for achieving savings and recommending the most effective options.
  • Aligning savings targets with the customer and Business Manager in terms of value and timelines.
  • Ensuring resource sufficiency and aligning priorities with the Business Manager.
  • Overseeing savings realization, including preparing and executing testing, documenting go-live procedures, providing post-go-live hyper care, and registering actual achievements.
  • Organizing savings tracker – underlying working files and visualization in Tableau dashboard (e.g. customizing IL CI standard templates, Corp CI Tracker).
  • Addressing risks, concerns, and resistance to changes that may arise.
  • Establishing a savings tracker system, including underlying working files and visualization through Tableau dashboards (e.g., customizing IL CI standard templates, Corp CI Tracker).
  • Monitoring the delivery of the savings portfolio and taking corrective measures in cases of insufficient progress or off-track developments.
  • Organizing regular internal and external meetings to provide updates on the status of the savings program (e.g., QBR/MBR or dedicated CI meetings).
  • Taking responsibility for conducting gap analyses if achieved savings significantly differ from expected savings.
Your Skills and Experiences
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications preferred.
  • Proven track record in project management, financial analysis, and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, adept at engaging stakeholders and facilitating meetings.
  • Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools, capable of interpreting financial data and developing business cases.
  • Strong critical thinking skills, adept at identifying root causes and developing innovative solutions.
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities, skilled in project planning and progress tracking.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders, with strong leadership qualities.
