Role Description


  • Institutional Cash & Trade (ICT) is a global business which is regionally organized with dedicated staff for originating and facilitating cash management and trade finance transactions with financial institutional clients.
  • We are seeking to hire a motivated, experienced, and responsible individual whose main area of responsibilities would be in sales for DB Group entities, managing the relationship and providing customized solutions catered to their needs. Solutions comprise mainly of FX, payment products and liquidity solutions. Moreover, non-financial risk management including KYC are important to this job. This position is part of a global team. Teamwork with the global team members as well as other stake holders within the bank are key. Balancing revenue goals with client needs is key to the job.

Your key responsibilities


  • Interact with various senior stakeholders of the clients as well as with our client service, managing transactions and communicating with clients daily regarding Trade finance & Cash management products.
  • Generate revenue and capture deals via reporting tools like Salesforce and Tableau
  • Provide content and presentation quality of relevant client proposals, responses to inquiries and client communications.
  • Reviewing existing price schemes, conducting profitability analysis, and initiating respective action to ensure that FI customer relationships are profitable.
  • Interacting / Cross-selling / Structuring with other areas of the bank, such as Product, Deal Management and CRM.
  • Analyzing trade flows & ICM reporting data to identify business opportunities and increase wallet share.

Your skills and experience


  • University degree (preferably with a major in economics, business administration, or similar field of study)
  • Motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills and multi-cultural understanding
  • Ability to communicate effectively at varying levels of seniority
  • Client-centric attitude, while living the values of Integrity and Discipline in assuring the bank does not incur undesired financial, non-financial, or reputational risk
  • Effective and concise communicator in English (verbally/in writing) paired with good presentation skills.
