Join us as aNew Business Inside Sales Manager and help us do what we do best: propelling business forward. This role is primarily focused on identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities while maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships. In this role, you will:Work on opportunities that are qualified and passed over to you.Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and market analysis.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve new business targets.Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our offerings.Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business deals.Collaborate with Solution Engineers and other internal stakeholders as per the requirement of the deal.Your background:Technical software product sales & US market experienceStrong communication, listening, presentation, and meeting facilitation skills to interact with technical stakeholdersAbility to gracefully handle and address customer questions and issues on the fly and to be innovative in solving customer challenges Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to drive business independently Solid working knowledge of SalesForce.com / PC Tools Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong phone, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal) Motivation to achieve sales targets/goals & comfortable with a quota-based variable compensationMust be willing to work in US time zone  (IST 6:30 PM to 3: 30 AM )If this sounds like you and fits your experience and career goals, we’d be happy to chat.What we offer in return is the opportunity to experience a great company culture with wonderful colleagues to learn from and collaborate with and also to enjoy:30 days of earned leaves plus an extra day off for your birthday, various other leaves like marriage leave, Casual leave, Maternity leave, Paternity Leave. Premium Group medical Insurance for employee and 5 dependents , personal accident insurance coverage, Life insurance coverageProfessional development reimbursement Interest subsidy on loans - either vehicle or personal loans Apply Now!#LISR1
