Inside Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers & assist field sales team
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery.
• Manage the sales pipeline and track key metrics.
• Prepare sales reports and presentations.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
