If yes, then Information Security has an exciting opportunity for you. We are building a new team to take Intel to the Next Gen Access Governance era. We are seeking an Access Governance DevSecOps Engineer to enhance security and streamline access control to support Intel's strategy to adapt to the changing landscape of the semiconductor industry where there is a growing need for more advanced and specialized chip manufacturing capabilities. This critical role involves automation engineering, integrating with our identity governance and administration tools, monitoring, troubleshooting, and more. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical acumen, be proactive, a strong team player, and have strong communication skills to align technical needs with business requirements. Responsibilities: - Design and develop automation workflows, scripts, and tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency and security in our identity and access management tools and processes. - Integrate automation solutions with existing identity governance and administration systems, such as SailPoint or Saviynt. - Conduct testing and validation of automation solutions to ensure reliability, accuracy, and performance. - Monitor and support automation solutions, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements as needed. - Integrate IGA solutions with existing CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that identity management is seamlessly incorporated into the software development lifecycle. - Participate in Agile ceremonies such as PI Planning, Sprint Planning, and System Demos, contributing to the team's goals and ensuring that IGA automation aligns with enterprise goals. - Develop and implement automated solutions for user provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, and role management. - Work closely with security architects and engineers to ensure that identity governance and administration automation solutions meet security requirements and reduce manual overhead. - Create and support documentation for automation processes and procedures. - Provide training and support to team members on new automation tools and practices.Qualifications:You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates Minimum Qualifications: The candidate must have 2+ years of relevant work experience -OR- a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science, Information technology, or related field, and 1+ years of experience. 1+ years in identity governance and administration, including experience with IGA tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or similar. This position is not eligible for employment-based visa/immigration sponsorship. Work Model for this Role


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
