You will oversee project and programs as needed, leading initiatives to completion using PMO best practices.
In partnership with Diabetes digital technology Leaders, Functional Managers, and Support team members you will be accountable for the successful implementation of our programs, deployments, practices and procedures for agile releases, product launches, technical upgrades, and much more.
As part of the PMO organization, you will have an opportunity to partner with peers and cross functional teams on overall organizational best practices, and other projects and programs.
You will manage a team of Scrum Masters/Project Managers.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree with minimum 6 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of Project and Program Management experience and people management.
Proven technical project management and release management experience.
Ability to set priorities and adapt to changes in a quick, professional manner.
Ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence.
Demonstrated outstanding verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills.
Adept at establishing and optimizing repeatable processes to contribute to a streamlined and efficient workflow.
Ability to use discretion when handling confidential information.
Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint and Project.
