Could you be the full-time Industrialization Engineer in [LOCATION] we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive industrialization expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and supportive teammates.
You'll lead the industrialization of maintenance, renovation/modernization, or warranty activities, ensuring excellence in production deliverables. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project team, Quality, T&C, RAMS, and more), coordinate field modifications, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of developing industrial documentation and processes, implementing the Project Make or Buy strategy, and ensuring the integration of safety and quality standards.
We’ll look to you for:
Leading the creation and validation of technical documentation and work processes
Coordinating deployment of field modifications across WI depot sites
Implementing training plans for industrial topics and special processes
Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
Facilitating industrial transitions and production transfers

Degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience
General railway and product knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and common IT tools
Experience with methods engineering and manufacturing/maintenance documentation
A strong grasp of Lean Manufacturing principles
Experience in ERP systems, preferably SAP, for materials and routings
Knowledge of ISO 14001 and health & safety standards
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with an action-driven mindset
