OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:


  • The Lead Industrial  Engineer is responsible to industrialize the maintenance activities at the Depot, in order to secure the maintenance deliverables.
  • Lead a team of industrial & overhaul  engineers
  • Maintain the IMFU 
  • Define & implement  the needs of maintenance activities all 4 m’s

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • LEAD THE INDUSTRIALIZATION OF TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION, RESPECTING THE STANDARD SERVICE & MANUFACTURING PROCESS & STANDARD SERVICE & MANUFACTURING LINE GUIDELINES, FOOTPRINT
  • SIMULATE & DESIGN THE TOOLS, JIGS AND FIXTURES IN CATIA, ALSO UPDATE THE LAYOUT ON REQUIREMENT.
  • ELABORATE,DEFINE ,CREATE & STABLIZE THE REQUIRED INDUSTRIAL DELIVERABLES: MACRO-PROCESS, WORK INSTRUCTIONS, IMPLANTATION OF THE WORKSTATIONS, BILL OF MATERIAL, TASK SEQUENCE AND/OR STANDARD OPERATIONS SHEET, WORK INSTRUCTIONS, METHOD TIMES, DEFINITIVE LAYOUTS.
  • PROVIDE INPUTS TO INDUSTRIAL MEANS AND TOOLS REQUIREMENTS FOR PROJECT EXECUTION ACTIVITIES
  • IMPLEMENT THE PROJECT MAKE OR BUYSTRATEGY IN ALL DELIVERABLES                                                         
  • DEFINE AND IMPLEMENT THE TRAINING PLAN RELATED TO INDUSTRIAL TOPICS AND TO SPECIAL PROCESSES                                    
  • VALIDATE ON THE FIELD THE INDUSTRIAL DELIVERABLES, TOOLS AND INDUSTRIAL MEANS WITH MAINTENANCE EXECUTION            
  • DEFINE,TRACK & FOLLOW THE INDUSTRIAL PLANNING MILESTONES OF IMFU  
  • ENSURE  CONSISTEANCY OF ALL INDUSTRIALISTAION FUNCTION (TOOLING ,INDUSTRIAL DATA,INDUSTRIALISATION & METHODS)
  • UNDERSTAND AND SUPPORT THE IMPLEMENTATION OF APSYS SUBJECTS RELATED TO INDUSTRIAL ROADMAP                                     
  • ENSURE RAILWAY SAFETY AND EHS, AZDP STANDARDS ARE RESPECTED        
  • ORIENT & VALIDATE THE DESIGN WHILE TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE INDUSTRIAL CONSTRAINTS OF THE MAINTENANCE INCLUDING ONLINE OFFLINE ACTIVITIES IN CONCURRENT ENGINEERING WITH THE DESIGN TEAM.
  • SET UP INDUSTRIAL PROCESS IMPROVEMENT RELATED TO INDUSTRIAL EFFICIENCY, QUALITY, SAFETY, ERGONOMICS, EHS, CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
  • ADAPT THE INDUSTRIAL PROCESS AND DELIVERABLES TO PROJECT LIFE CYCLE EVENTS SUCH AS DESIGN CHANGES, OBSOLESCENCE, MAINTENANCE PLAN OPTIMIZATION, FLEET EXTENSION, CHANGES IN OPERATING MODES ...).
  • CONTRIBUTE TO THE CONTROL CHANGE BOARD REVIEW, WHERE APPROPRIATE, TO REDUCE NON QUALITY OR IMPROVE SAFETY, PERFORMANCE OF OPERATIONS.
  • DEVELOP INDUSTRIAL EXPERTISE IN THEIR SCOPE, ACCORDING TO METHOD, PROCESSES AND TOOLS, CAPITALIZE AND MANAGE REX TO IMPROVE AND SHARE INDUSTRIAL STANDARDS.
  • ANALYZE THE TOOLING REQUESTED AND PROPOSE THE ADEQUATE SOLUTION.
  • ELABORATE THE SPECIFICATION OF REQUIREMENTS FOR THE INDUSTRIAL MEANS AND TOOLS NECESSARY TO IMPLEMENT THE EXECUTION ACTIVITIES, RELATING
  • TO INFRASTRUCTURE, TOOLS AND CAPEX
  • DESIGN TOOLS OR THE MAKE IT SUB-CONTRACTED.
  • SEND DOCUMENTED PURCHASE REQUEST, PARTICIPATE TO RFQ ANALYSIS, AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE BUSINESS AWARD WITH SOURCING.
  • VALIDATE THE DESIGN THROUGH DESIGN REVIEWS, INVOLVING ABOVE ACTORS.
  • VALIDATE THE OPERATIONS TOOLING
  • ENSURE TOOLS ARE AVAILABLE TO PERFORM THE ACTIVITIES "ON TIME" IN A SAFE ENVIRONMENT
  • MAINTAIN KPI & DELIVERABLES WITHIN TARGET.
  • CONTRIBUTE IN DESIGN REVIEWS & ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS.
  • CONTRIBUTE IN CHANGE MANAGEMENT , BY DEFINING  CLEAR IMPACT & IMPLEMENATATION  STARTEGY
  • LEAD THE PROCESS,RETROFIT & INDUSTRIAL DATA MANAGEMENT  TEAM S (SAP industrial data set up,MBS, parts, tools, BOM, routings…)
  • DEFINE THE OBJECTIVES OF INDUSTRIAL & OVERHAUL TEAM.
  • REVIEW THE DAILY, WEEKLY & MONTHLY DELVEREABLE OF THE TEAM.
  • LEAD ALL THE  BROWN FIELD PROJECTS  , CLOSURE WITHIN THE PLANNED TIME LINES
  • SUPPORT THE PROCESS TEAM  FOR INDUSTRILAIZATION.
  • REVIEW THE DAILY DELIVERBLES WITH TEAM & UPDATE INDUSTRIAL MANAGER ON WEEKLY REVIEW .
  • DEVELOP SPECIAL PROCESS TEAM  & TRAINING SCHOOL
