Location: Hybrid


We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Supervisor in our General Ledger team. You
will be responsible for the General Ledger accounting of the entity specified


What you’ll do:


• Preparation of P&L analysis reports during mid-month and month end to Top level
management.
• Preparation of Variance analysis reports to ensure the accuracy of books of accounts within the timelines.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of cash & bank accounts
• Prepare & analyse foreign currency movement/ revaluation and ensure the accuracy in books of accounts on     a Monthly basis
• Overhead expenses are reported accurately and timely in the relevant cost centres.
• Verification and processing of intercompany invoices in a timely manner
• Perform intercompany reconciliations on a monthly basis, ensuring NIL variance
• Assist FM/AM in engagement & closure of internal and external audits
• Provide Balance sheet schedules, and other supporting workings / documents as per audit requirement.
• Support during the Audit (Internal/External) as per the agreed timelines.


Who you are:


• Degree in Accounting, Commerce or Business.
• M.Com or MBA or Professionally qualified preferred
• Good communication skills: Verbal & Written.
• Honest, transparent, and trustworthy
• Proactive, dynamic, and innovative
• Knowledge of all domains in accounting
• 7-10 years of experience in accounting & finance.
• Must be able to think and work independently without Supervision
• Experience in working in a multi-national, multi-cultural organization is a must.
• Experience in shipping /logistics industries. Is preferred
