  • Audit and verify all revenue transactions, including room revenue, food and beverage sales, and other ancillary services.
  • Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and posted in the accounting system.
  • Prepare and distribute daily revenue reports to management.
  • Reconcile revenue discrepancies and resolve any issues or variances.
  • Assist in month-end closing procedures and prepare financial statements.
  • Monitor and review all accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition.
  • Conduct regular audits of financial processes to ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 02 years of experience in an auditing or finance role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
