Role



This individual contributor will be a critical member of the Web UX Experiences platform product management team based in Hyderabad India. The work we do inspires customers to build delightful, customer-centered, modern, and intuitive world class experiences. Your mission is to execute on the delivery of core platform product capabilities to deliver generic, reusable, configurable web experience templates, components that are the foundational blocks for building amazing enterprise applications. Inbound product manager will contribute in the integration of Agentic AI into UI components and user experiences. In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and research teams to define requirements, shape AI-driven interactions, and ensure seamless, intuitive user experiences. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Product Management, Web UX Experiences team.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities


  • Contribute in the product roadmap and strategy by working closely with external and internal research to identify customer needs, pain paints, gaps, and identify opportunities, and solve right problems that provide compelling customer value.
  • Ability to solicit, understand, clarify, and capture the voice of the customer into requirements specifications that are clear, unambiguous, and testable.
  • Demonstrates ability to break down complex concepts into smaller parts to better understand them.
  • Quickly shares an analysis of process problems with the relevant stakeholders; engages in discussion about how to resolve the issue.
  • Explores possibilities and potential trends that may impact the team or organization in the future.
  • Analyze user needs, experiment with AI-powered workflows, and refine features that enhance automation, personalization, and decision-making.
  • Seeks and incorporates others’ input when developing or implementing creative ideas.
  • Takes initiative to learn innovative methods, tools, and technologies.
  • Offers several ideas for how to address new situations, conveying a strong interest in hearing and applying feedback from more experienced team members.

Qualifications

Job Requirements


  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry. 
  • 4+ years of overall experience in the IT industry.
  • 2+ years of Product Management experience – specifically in a B2B context.
  • Prior platform experience or experience in working on enterprise applications is a strong plus.
  • Platform mindset - deep curiosity about customer needs and a track record in building customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
  • Problem solving, critical thinking skills, understanding of web development technologies, excellent written and communications skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas.
  • Experience working as a product manager in agile teams.
  • Collaborate effectively with engineering team on release management, understand status, risks, dependencies and escalate risks.
  • A “can-do” attitude, with the ability to hit the ground running and deliver results with minimal direction.
  • Be hungry and humble, we win or lose as a team - play a critical role in creating alignment between engineering teams and stakeholders.
  • Passion for building delightful and frictionless customer experiences.

Other qualifications


  • Prior working knowledge of ServiceNow products is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline; MBA may be helpful, but not required.
  • Ideal candidates should have a strong technical foundation, a passion for AI-driven innovation.
  • A sense of humor and grace under pressure.
