  • Conduct thorough bench marking studies by analyzing competitor products, industry standards, and emerging trends.
  • Collect & Analyze quantitative and qualitative data on product Features & Applications.
  • Create and maintain a bench marking database, regularly updating it with new market intelligence and product comparisons.
  • Generate detailed reports on competitor strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning.
  • Work closely with the product management and development teams to identify gaps and opportunities for product improvements.
  • Develop product concepts and detailed designs based on bench marking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless product development.

Qualifications

Essential


  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience (1 -2 years) in Filtration Product Management / Benchmarking, competitive analysis or Filter Product  design engineering or Filters ( Fuel / air /oil/ cabin ) Product development
  • Knowledge of engineering principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes.

  • Basic knowledge in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA).
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Product Marketing / Product release process / Aftermarket business overview
