Business Plan : Promote and supervise the in-year target deployment w.r.t human resources for the Business (KPI : Achievement of talent plan to meet target business plan i.e. upper limits for HC and the management ratios of the pyramid, cost)
Organisation Development : Oversee and Enhance of HR processes and systems for organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and overall performance based on business and market trends ( KPI : Org design fulfillment of Job architecture , IPE )
Talent Planning and Management : Plan and strategise people planning and development through FWP/SWP, succession planning and talent mapping to ensure the availability of a robust talent pipeline for all business-critical roles ( KPI : FWP/SWP, Key role identification and succession planning and employee development)
People Advisor : Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on various HR-related issues, resolving conflicts and promoting a positive work environment. ( KPI : eNPS)
