Purpose of Position :
Purpose of this position is to foresee STP Export demand Planning & Production planning and control - CRI + CRIN --> To ensure timely production and delivery fulfillment to meet OEM customer demands as well as IPN customers for CRI and CRIN products of all generations.
Logistics Planning :
- Communicate demand & production planning for current month and forecast for next minimum 12 months.
- Change, authorize & validate plan with supplier's capacity, in-house capacity, manufacturing capacity, bottleneck management, with all stake holders.
- Foresee at timely CF generation with IPN co-ordination for Export market.
- Communicate daily leveling 2 times in a day using procon tool.
- Approve leveling plan, deviation management
- Advise / Direct projects related to leveling and delivery with PDCA approach.
- Represent BPS / LMM / Pull with Customer implementation in leveling and delivery in Logistics
- Contribute for Inventory control in the supply chain.
- Envision of new part release and its delivery towards customer co-ordination
- Represent PS, AUD audits for logistics ( focusing deliver loop)
Relationship Management :
- Single point of contact for LKAMs, OEM's & export OEM's for deliveries
Digitization :
- Plan and implement end-to-end digital and connected value chain to optimize material and information flow
People Management
- Develop competency in the area of Production planning and Control, lean logistics expertise.
B.E. Mechanical
MBA in SCM is Prefered
8+ years experince in customer order planning, Production Planning & BPS, LMM
