The company design and develops world class Hydraulic Brake System Parts that include Boosters, Tandem master cylinders and Proportionating valves. The Control Division develops innovative components, systems and functions in the field of vehicle safety, vehicle dynamics and driver assistance like ABS and ESP.RBIC would soon be expanding portfolio in passive safety and other Driver assistance products.

• Coordination with Goverment offices viz. PMRDA, FIRE Department, DISH, Grampanchayat etc. for arranging all the required approvals for new construction / modifications etc.

• Developing a detailed safety plan to be followed during execution in coordination with all involved stake holders

•Coordination with other aspects of work viz. Electrical, Air conditioning, Mechanical utilities etc.

• Cost tracking, monitoring work execution for quality, safety & progress, work certification & Handing over

Dgitalization drive in the department to optimize resources

•    Projects Civil, Infrastructure : Plan & Execute projects for Building construction/extension as per business requirement considering future expansions. Coordinate approvals ( Internal & External eg. DOF ) for the construction.

•    Budget Preparation and Control: Cost calculations, Budget preparation & review, identify capital purchases, control revenue & capital budget,

•    Assist the Procurement team in the procurement of facility management service contracts, consultancy support and work contracts in accordance with Bosch financial and procurement policies and procedures

•    Ensure health and safety compliance, 5’s at workplace, compliance to C/AU audit points, HSE audits

•    5S, Housekeeping: Maintain best HK at Shop Floor, Toilets & Facilities.
 Garden maintanince and improvements.
