The company design and develops world class Hydraulic Brake System Parts that include Boosters, Tandem master cylinders and Proportionating valves. The Control Division develops innovative components, systems and functions in the field of vehicle safety, vehicle dynamics and driver assistance like ABS and ESP.RBIC would soon be expanding portfolio in passive safety and other Driver assistance products.
Job responsibilities -
-Leading team of customer order planner -2WP and working as SPOC for all 2WP customers.
-Demand forecast, Sales Plan, Customer order schedules for 2WP.
-Review with PPC, production and customer for order fulfillment
-Review order situation against BP, CF and provide input to annual volume for annual plan
-Analyzing customer line shortages and escalation if required
-Coordinate with transporter for timely inward material at customer end and control GIT.
-Support levelling and inventory control
-Coordinate for zero obsolescence in change management
-Meeting GST guidelines w.r.t. material inwarding by customer and dispatch from plant
-Ensuring demand forecasting in SAP as per CC-LOG guidelines
-Handling critical material allocation situation internally and close lopping with Customer
-Driving CIP projects within group towards completion
-Leading discussions in 2WP steering committee meeting and with sales from RBIC.
BE (Preferred mechanical), MBA supply chain will be added advantage
