Bosch Automotive Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. (RBAI) is a 100% subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH . Established in 2009, in Naganathapura - Bengaluru, RBAI is primarily focused in manufacturing electronic products for the automotive sector. Material planning & co-ordinate to procure materials for ECU, ABS, iTraMS, DA3, Charcon, EMS and other new business samples
Material procurement for NBF (New Business Fields)
Procurement of material from Suppliers and Distributors
Planning & scheduling of components
Inventory control as per target
Working as per MRP system & releasing P.O through SAP
Check and set safety level for components by continuous monitoring on requirements
Compute the needed quantity of the raw-material and procure the parts
Revisting entire data's backlog considering the status of every order obtained in the planning department
Co-ordinate for Material master creation and transfer price calculation.
Application ECUs material planning
Ensuring the modification of housings for application ECUs with external supplier
Follow up & coordination with Transporters & LOG for material available on time
Create sale order for the received order
Timely stock verification and planning for any shortfalls accordingly
Process sample orders in SAP
Define and implement measures to reduce lead time of component procurement
Participate and contribute on cost reduction of ECU
Release OBD to Logistics
B.E/B.TECH (E&C, E&E, Mech.) with 3-5 years of experience
