Bosch Automotive Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. (RBAI) is a 100% subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH . Job Description

1. Program and operate CMM machines to perform precise dimensional inspections.
2.Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T to set up measurement routines.
3.Determine program requirements based on design and engineering requirements.
4.Responsible for ISIR Parts measurements & field return sample measurements
5.Analyze and document measurement data to ensure components meet specifications.
6.Coordination with Project Management team, manufacturing and quality teams to address non-conformances.
7.Perform regular maintenance and calibration of CMM equipment.



Qualifications

Diploma in Mechanical or Equivalent with 2+ years of relevant experience



Additional Information

Technical Skills:


  • Min 2+ years’ experience as a CMM Operator / programmer
  • Knowledge of CMM programming and Proficiency in using CMM software platforms.
  • Good knowledge on Engineering drawing, standards, and measurement practices etc.
  • In-depth understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
  • Experience with inspection equipment.
