• Execute assigned testing tasks with precision and diligence.
• Coordinate tasks and priorities effectively with supervisor.
• Create and modify documentations and processes.
• Assist in the implementation and execution of testing topics.
• Monitor and report on testing task progress regularly.
• Major testing tasks includes:
  • Test set-up preparation (Physical)
  • Assembly and disassembly
  • Test bench operation
  • Data acquisition
  • Test specimen inspection, cutting
  • Magnetic particle test
  • Maintain test bench by performing daily checks based on the TPM checklist
  • 5S activity in test bench area
  • Energy monitoring

Must

• Testing experience of Hydraulic components
• Functional understanding of hydraulic circuit
• Hands on experience of test bench/HPU operation.
• Good English communication and collaboration skills.

Advantage with

• Experience with Industrial hydraulic valves - Direction / flow / pressure / check valves / vane pump / Internal gear pump
• Expertise on fatigue analysis and reliability engineering.
• German language.

B.E. - Mechanical Engineering

1 to 2 years of relevant work experience for testing of hydraulic components
