Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Human Resources Manager to manage and oversee all aspects of HR management and planning. This position will play a major role in managing Workforce, improving operational efficiency & maintain a productive & compliant work environment.

Qualifications

Qualification


Post Graduation in Human Resources Management with a minimum post qualification experience of 18 to 20 years (including 7 to 8 years in Plant HR Function).


Additional qualification in law will be an added advantage.


Language Proficiency:


English & Hindi


Experience:


  • Exposure to working in manufacturing companies.
  • Exposure of dealing with Blue collar Union & Long Term Wage Settlements
  • Multi-national companies (MNC) background will be preferred.
  • HR Generalist
