Responsibilities:
1. Identify and target potential clients in need of supply chain, quality, and analytics solutions.
2. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
3. Understand client needs and requirements, and effectively communicate how our technical solutions can address their challenges.
4. Collaborate with the operations team to develop customized solutions for clients. Identify the key value proposition that attracts the clients.
5. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions.
6. Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met.
7. Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our solutions.
8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and provide feedback to the operations team.
9.Will have to play a role of a sales driver to push towards the strategic targets of the department.
10.Explore and develop new business areas/regions to expand the new/existing portfolio.
Requirements:
1. Advanced degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven track record of successful technical sales in the supply chain, quality, and analytics space.
3. Strong understanding of supply chain management (buy, make and deliver), quality control, and data analytics.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
6. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
7. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
8.Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
9.Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards related to supply chain and quality management.
