Additional information can be accessed at www.bosch.in.Job DescriptionTeam Lead Position with 5+ Associates Drive, Supervise, Lead end to end Supply Chain operation involving part availability to delivery for OE , OES  aftermarket customers .Manage the entire sales Logistic Process including Order management , Demand Planning , Forecasting , Inventory planning , Distribution , Optimizing Transportation and Warehouse operations , Customer Relationship management , Technology integration etcs.Aligning logistic strategies with business goals - close working  with Internal Stakeholders ( Sales, Business unit , Fine Leg Logistic team )Liaise with external Stakeholders including Suppliers ( Plant, vendors) , logistic Providers to ensure Order 2 Cash cycle is smoothly run .Drive digitalization and automation for improved accuracy and transparency and avoid repetitive taskLead the team in delivering high quality customer satisfaction ensuring CSL & Fill Rate is high against Customer orderAct as the point of escalation for all critical OE/OES customer logistic issues and ensuring  timely resolution .Drive initiatives that bridge gaps between customer requirement and internal processes by providing tailor made solutions to customer balancing customer satisfaction with the company's profitability and long term goals.Present  insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision making QualificationsBE MechanicalMBA in Supply chain Management5 years experience in managerial position with a team reporting8 years of experience in supply chain / logistics/ planning /production rolesSAP knowledge and Process expert roleAdditional InformationStrong leadership and Interpersonal skills to manage Team ( own  & CFT) and End CustomerAnalytical Mindset with problem solving abilities.Adaptability and ability to work in fast paced escalation environment and extended hours .Exposure & experience in handling Digital Toolsets that would support with Planning & ExecutionConversant with  MS office and expert in Power point presentation with approach and content
