Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced In-Process Quality Control professional to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards at every stage of the production process.
Responsibilities:
. Conduct in-process quality inspections and checks to ensure compliance with company standards
. Identify and report any non-conformities or deviations from quality specifications
. Collaborate with production team to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
. Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control activities and findings
. Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and guidelines
. Communicate quality-related information to relevant stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues
- Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
