The Import Export Executive for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible to Ensure compliance of import and export laws and regulations & Allied Acts, efficiently managing tasks and prioritizing work to ensure KPI’s are achieved, responsible for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of import and export activities, identifying areas for improvement
This position is part of the Logistics & Distribution located in MUMBAI and position will be on-site, At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.
You will be a part of the Logistics & Distribution Team and report to the Logistics & Distribution Manager and responsible for above responsibilities and same will change from time to time depending upon business needs work to build a world-class Logistics & Distribution eg. supply chain, talent management, marketing> organization—read on.
In this role, you will have the opportunity: (Responsibility)
1. Ensure compliance of import and export laws and regulations & Allied Acts
2. Efficiently managing tasks and prioritizing work to ensure KPI’s are achieved.
3. Responsible for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of import and export activities, identifying areas for improvement
The essential requirements of the job include:
1. Have broad understanding on EXIM process & ensures compliance with Indian Customs laws and regulations. For Bonded Clearance, FTWZ clearance, Home Consumption clearance & Courier clearance
2. Assing HSN code, Duty % - have knowledge of various duty exemption & how those can be applied in our products to gain competitive advantage.
3. Should independently prepare clarification letter to import / Export / allied act authorities / Good knowledge of CBIC, DGFT, FEMA, MDR 2017 MDR & international banking related work.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: / preferred requirements
1.Should have degree in any stream form university of repute & have good command over spoken & written English.
2. Added qualification in EXIM with work experience of 3-4 years Work experience in Oracle / OBI will be preferred advantage.
3. Proficiency especially in Excel, Word, PPT, Miro soft Teams, Pivot, V-lookup, Outlook, BI - AI etc. & possess analytical skills include the ability to collect and analyze information, solve problems and make decisions
Preparing & updating on daily reports & MIS reports.
