Team :The Implementation Management(IM) team will lead and drive customer projects becoming the clients advocate and focus point within Customer Implementation Services. The primary focus of the team is to ensure that the activities associated with on- boarding new users or new products to a client are driven professionally and efficiently. Coordinating activity with clients during product migrations and advising clients of forthcoming product changes are significant responsibilities for the IM Team. Role: The Implementation Project Specialist role acts as a project manager to ensure the successful integration and adoption of our products and services for our clients. They will take ownership of the implementation process, working directly with clients to understand their requirements. By coordinating with cross-functional teams, they ensure that project milestones are met, and deliverables are completed efficiently. They will require engagement with the customers, vendors, and internal/external partners. The role will partner with Implementation Relationship Manager(IRM) to implement on upcoming upgrades and implementation programs that need to be planned. There is an expectation that the IPS has the confidence to meet with customer partners to discuss and plan implementation activities. Responsibilities:Be responsible for all aspects of customer implementation projectsBuild strong relationships with key technical contacts in named accounts.Work closely with the IRM to understand the customer’s business and overall technical strategy.Hold meetings with the customer when required, either proactively or event triggered. Maintain a high standard of communication with all internal and external participants to ensure timely delivery of all projects. Confidence in both written and verbal communication with clients and internal partners, particularly within the Sales and Account Management organization is important.Work in various systems (Salesforce, FullPicture, SNOW, BI Apps, etc.) to work each order through to completion. Be responsible for knowing process for each system so that you can accurately manage orders, client expectations, and internal metrics.Seek aid and collaboration with other internal teams (IRM, TIS, NetEng, and Last Mile) and maintain a close working relationship with each group to deliver the best for the client.Know the process for each vendor’s dedicated systems to work with them optimally.Provide technical advice to customers on aspects of customer implementation.
